Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bulldog Approved Pet Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue.
